family day

Today was bring your child to work day in Husband's squadron. 

Two side notes before we carry on:

*bring your child to work day really means have your wife bring your kids by for a few hours so she can still be there to take care of them.

* Half of these photos were taken with my phone because I might have forgotten to put the memory card back in my camera. And the internal memory of my camera might be ridiculously small. So please excuse their awesome quality.

Ok.

As I was saying, 

Husband's squadron had a little shin-dig today that involved face painting, bouncy houses, guns, and robots. 

A little bit of something for everyone. 

Baylie's favorite part was the face painting. 

She asked for a unicorn, he looked rather nervous and said "you know, I'm pretty awesome at butterfly's..." 

Bryce wanted nothing to do with face painting. 

Nope, that's for girls.

Guns are more his style. 

Husband was there working for some of the day showing off the robots EOD works with.

This was also one of Bryce's interests. 

He's operating the robot with the controls in that box.

It was a fun day for us all, 

Even if Husband did have to work...
