Today is my baby's birthday.
Today my Bryce Paul turns 5 big ol' years old.
This boy is quite stoked that his day has finally come. It makes me smile because I can remember being in the single digits and thinking your birthday was just taking FOREVER to get there. (although now I think that darn birthday day comes way too fast!) When you turn 5 years old and your name is Bryce you become very sure how you want your birthday day to go down. It is to start with some chocolate chip muffins. The birthday cake needs to have both Optimus Prime and Bumblebee, because it's just to hard to choose between the two.
And it will end with a trip to McDonalds for dinner. (The McDonalds with the huge playplace though!) Yup, that's how he envisions his perfect birthday day. So that's what my birthday boy will get.
