Have you thanked a Veteran today?
If the answer is no,
Well, get on it then!!
Today we are doing one better,
We're embracing the camera with our veterans.
We've got a lot of them.
Starting with, of course, our Daddy.
Next is our FooFoo (He's our grandpa. But we call him FooFoo... Long story.)
After FooFoo is our Uncle Julian.
After Uncle Julian is our Great Grandpa. We call him Grandpa Roberts.
He wasn't a Marine... But we don't hold it against him.
He rocks the Marine cover almost every day.
It's kind of his thing.
3 generations of veterans. The verdict is still out on that 4th one...
And you'll have to excuse that nasty facial hair on the hubby. This was during his year out of the Marine Corps.
*shudder*
There's more that we would like to thank. Unfortunately, I don't have pictures of them. Not even pictures that I can take a picture of like I did with some of these pictures.
It would have been a lot easier with a scanner... hint, hint.
We would also like to thank our Uncle Darren (We call him Uncle D), Our Uncle Ric, Our Uncle Kevin, Our cousin Chad, and all the other Marines we've met along the way who feel like family to us now.
